How do I customize the engraving on my cross?
When you select an engravable cross, you'll be prompted to enter your custom text before you add the item to your cart. Please ensure that your message is correctly spelled and formatted as we engrave exactly what is provided.
What are the message cards that come with the crosses?
Each cross comes with a message card that adds a personal touch to your gift. These cards vary in design and message, suitable for different occasions and sentiments. Looking for something more personal? Please reach out and we can customize your message card for an extra fee.
Can I customize the message card that comes with my cross?
Currently, our message cards come with preset designs and messages. If you would like something custom, please contact us! We can make you the perfect personalized message card for whatever special occasion you can imagine!
What is the delivery time for an engraved cross?
Customers in the USA & Canada can expect 2-10 day delivery times, depending on the shipping method, the time of year, and your exact location.
Customers outside of the USA & Canada can expect roughly 10-14 day shipping times.
Can I return or exchange an engraved cross?
We do not offer refunds due to the custom-made nature of our products. However, we will replace any damaged or misprinted products at no additional cost if reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Just contact us. Immediate replacement is subject to stock availability, but we will keep you informed of any delays and offer an upgrade if necessary. Please review your custom text carefully before placing your order.
What if my cross or message card arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible.
